ELLIOTT J. MANTELL, DC


Dr. Elliott Mantell graduated from City University of New York in 1973 and then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in 1980. While attending WSCC, he worked as a volunteer emergency medical technician (EMT). He joined the Everett House, one of Portland’s oldest natural healing centers in the beautiful Kerns neighborhood in 1981, where he continues to practice today.

Dr. Mantell employs a variety of healing strategies including increased spinal mobility, decreased pain postural improvement, as well as a gentle wellness- oriented methods honoring inner wisdom to empower individuals to reach optimum health. Our methods seek to help gently align the spine and promote harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.

Dr. Mantell continues his education and training by attending post-graduate chiropractic and wellness seminars with leaders in revolutionary healing techniques from the United States, Europe and around the world. In 2004, Dr. Mantell co-authored the bestselling book: “The World’s Best Kept Health Secret Revealed, Part 2”.


Dr. Rogachevsky, DC


Dr. Rogachevsky’s is a 1989 graduate of The University of Western States. His work uses trigger point muscle therapy. He will be working on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings.


ANNE PERNICHELE, DC

Dr. Anne graduated Western States Chiropractic in 2000 where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Anne uses gentle healing methods to empower you for more profound healing. Incorporating Network Spinal Analysis and neurological based treatment.

Dr. Anne constantly advances her techniques and fine-tune her work to the most current methods by participating in healing workshops and educational events throughout the United States and around the world.

Her continuing education includes studies in pediatrics, light force techniques, nutrition, and functional medicine.


Jordan Villines

Chiropractic Office Manager

Jordan started working with us in 2016. Jordan is the face you’ll see when you first walk-in, and the voice you hear on the other end of the phone. You can find her rooming patients, developing X-rays, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling patients.
